About the event

In this Self-Care Book Club, we will discuss topics covered in Chapter 1, including our worldview on self-care and stressors, and stress management. You are encouraged to bring the book and workbook to follow along, or you can join our meeting to listen and participate in the discussions. We will meet via Zoom every month to complete all ten chapters.
What to expect during our meeting:
Discuss our understanding of self-care and how we can practice it.
Discuss the current stressors in our lives and effective ways to manage them.
Group coaching include life style modification such as yoga, eating healthily, and stress management practices
