No Return, No Exchange Policy for Books
All sales are final and non-refundable for books. The fees associated with your purchase will appear on your active credit card statement. Failure to use the product (s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges.
Other Items Refund Policy
Refund (s) on specific items (except books) are eligible for returns accepted within 30 days of receipt. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within two days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace or exchange an item or refund your purchase. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately (within two days of the product's arrival) by sending photos to our email at info@proteawell.com. We will respond promptly about sending a replacement for you and what should be done with the damaged item. If you'd like to return an item for any other reason, don't hesitate to contact us within two days of receiving your order for return instructions. We will gladly refund or exchange your purchase, but the returned item (s) must be unused/ in sellable condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and initial shipping is non-refundable. Once we receive your return, we will process the refund and send you an email confirmation (within two days of receiving the item).
Late Returns
Any item (s) returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, as returned and processed items may sell out during the requested exchange.
Cancellation Policy for Services ( motivational speaking events, sessions, classes, workshops)
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel or rebook your appointment (s). Cancellation or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a service charge of all the amount.
