What is Freedom?
If I cannot control my psychological and emotional well-being, am I free?
If I need to be rescued by another person, am I really free?
If I need to act out of character to be accepted, am I really free?
If I need to prove my worth, do I have freedom of being?
The only freedom I have is how I perceive the world.
The only freedom I have is how I process my thoughts.
The only freedom I have is what I do with the information at hand.
The only freedom I have is practicing my rights, regardless of the outcome.
The only freedom I have is how I control my feelings.
The only freedom I have is how I internalize how other people treat me.
The only freedom I have is what I hold on to and what I let go.
The only freedom I have is how I handle situations sent to break me.
The only freedom I have is what I do with my anger.
The only freedom I have is what I do with the lack of information at hand.
The only freedom I have is how I perceive people’s behavior.
The only freedom I have are my thoughts and actions.
The only freedom I have is how I respond to the words and actions of others.
