The Uncared Self, My Self-Care Journey
Dear Proteas,   I have been spending this time practicing what I wrote in my book titled “The Uncared Self, My Self-Care Journey: The Things I Wish I Knew.” I have been running (3-5 miles) at least 3 times a week and walking on the days I am not running.
