"Persons can take everything away from you, but they cannot take away your truth."

About lies to bring a person's name to the ground: People are creating narratives about you to bring your name to the ground (for personal and professional gains) without regard to all of your hard work. How do you approach this? Reflect!

Can they call you a drug addict? Yes, they can, but are you?

Can they call you homeless? Yes, they can, but are you?

Can they call you a prostitute? Yes, they can, but are you?

Can they call you crazy/insane? Yes, they can, but are you?

Can they call you an alcoholic? Yes, they can, but are you?

Can they call you a thief? Yes, they can, but are you?

Can they claim you have a disease? Yes, they can. But do you have one if all of your tests have been negative?

About being a drug addict: I have never been a drug addict and will never be. I did smoke weed a few times when I was a teenager, and I did NOT like the feeling. I like to be in control of my thoughts and feelings, so it wasn’t for me (I have persons who can confirm this).  In addition, I lost a friend of mine when I was 16 years of age due to a drug addiction. She began smoking marijuana, and someone added crack to it. Ever since then, she craved the high of crack and always sought for that high to feed her addiction. At the age of 16, she ultimately died of a drug overdose. I was devastated. That experience scared me, so I will never do drugs. (It is hard for me to take Tylenol when I am in pain; I would instead use a heating pad.)

About being crazy (Britney Spears). Do I get upset sometimes? Yes. Do I feel down sometimes? Yes. Have I been oppressed enough to feel disappointed? Yes. I have every right to feel those feelings, but by no means am I insane, even if I have been framed as such. Oppression contains many psychological manipulation tactics.

About being an alcoholic. Did I drink a lot when I was younger? Yes. However, as I have gotten older, I have slowed down. I am very particular about what and how much I drink (1 to 2 glasses of wine, gin and tonic, or Guinness/Negra Modelo; four drinks is too much). I think an alcoholic wouldn’t have a preference. They will drink whatever and whenever they want.

About financial independence. I have worked since the age of 14, and ever since that age, I have had every career opportunity I sought. However, this last year or so, things have not been easy for me (for reasons beyond my control). I have always been very independent, regardless of the cards I have been dealt.

About sex and dating, I am very particular. I don’t go around sleeping with persons (not at this age). They must be at least 30 years of age and mature. I am honest while in a relationship; I give as much as I am given. Stay single as long as possible (until you find the right one).

About things beyond my control? If someone (or a group) has done things without my consent or awareness, that is on them. I know who I am, and I know who I am not. The fact that they are framing a person says more about them than the person being framed.

Why do I share this with you? I have endured and experienced false accusations and framing situations. What I have learned from all of this (no matter the level of oppression) is that they cannot take away my truth. I know who I am, and I know what I am not.

Will you allow them to prevent you from owning your truth? The truth is that persons will frame you as a bad person for their own personal and professional vendetta, but it has nothing to do with you. They do this to take away opportunities from you, but they cannot take away your truth. Whether others believe their lies or not, you must own your truth. Own it!

Conclusion: These are interesting times when democracy is being questioned because a circus is being praised for personal and professional gains. So, be very selective about believing the things you see and hear. Persons lie and they use AI to cover their crap.
